- Completely insulated trough and heat exchanger, filled with oil
- Noiseless circulation pump with oil tank and expansion vessel
- Precise electronic temperature control with safety thermostat
- Steam-heated model: High-pressure steam direct
- Perforated steel roller with round spring system and polyester felt 800 gr/m²
- Adjustable vapour extraction on the roller
- AC drive motor with frequency control
- Closed planetary slip-on gearbox mounted directly on the roller, speed adjustable between different rollers with V-belt
- Model gas and electric: Steel welded constructions, self-regulating around the roller. Trough divided into different chambers, heated by circulation of thermal oil.
- Model for steam heating: Welded construction with small steam chamber (no pressure tests by testing bodies necessary), self-regulating around the roller and insulated.
- Fully adjustable trough around the roller by means of hydraulic pressure (hydraulic group integrated).
- Self-regulating, heated long transfer bridge, thus high evaporation capacity.
- Colour touch screen 7.5″
- Possibility to programme 49 different programmes
- Readout (of temp, speed, problems, programme number etc.) on USB
